Why I created the Journals
DAILY HABITS LIVING is my offering as a busy mom of 3 girls, Kindergarten to 5th Grade. It took the chaos of running a young family for me to notice that my coping skills needed improvement if we were to get along and communicate as a family. Also, because they inspire me to be better, I wanted to work on myself. So I embarked on a journey through meditation, reading self-improvement and journaling that has brought me far in my healing and personal growth.
Journaling is by far my personal favorite. It’s easy and quick to do anywhere, anytime.
Fun Fact: I created these journals and activity books purely from my days spent with my kids during lockdown in 2020.
Oh how long and stressful those days were…. I had to do something to help myself and I had to do something to teach my kids that they could handle life gracefully with practice!
I have enjoyed organizing my thoughts, feelings and hopes on paper through guided self-help journals for balance and well-being. I have seen results in myself and my dealings with people and everyday life situations.
My hope for this space is that I can share some of the ideas, thoughts and habits with you and that it brings flow and spark into your life.
